“A big “SHOUT OUT” to Stephanie Ruales, Audra and Stephanie’s volunteers from the North Shore Youth Council. On Saturday 9/17/22, the NSYC generously donated one dozen mum plants and their time to plant these beautiful Autumn plants at the gazebo, on the corner of Route 347 and Crystal Brook Hollow Road in Mt. Sinai.

This is their contribution to our ongoing beautification effort by the Chamber. With the help of the Mt Sinai Civic Association and Mt Sinai – Miller Place Chamber of Commerce, Old Town Landscaping has worked on clearing the severely overgrown site. Their next phase will be to do perennial planting, new stairs and gravel in the midsection of the area. We are also working on getting the gazebo a new roof and fresh paint on the entire structure. This has turned into a true community effort and I am grateful to all of those people who are graciously helping in this cause”.
